Pursuant to the Act of 28 July 2023 amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1606), the hotel is required to implement Minor Protection Standards (MPS) by August 15, 2024. The hotel is required to apply minor protection standards, in particular to establish the minor's identity and relationship with the adult with whom they are staying at the facility.
